KASHMIR: Police in Budgam have traced a mother along with her minor son within 06 hours after a missing complaint was received. Police Station Khag received a written complaint from Ghulam Hassan Hajam of Sugen Khag stating therein that his wife, an actual resident of West Bengal along with his 08 year old son went missing on 10/05/2022 since 11:00 hours.
Accordingly, a missing report was lodged in PS Khag & search was launched swiftly by a team of PS Khag headed by SHO Khag. After strenuous efforts and utilizing all available technical as well as human resources, the missing lady & her son was traced from Mahraj Gunj area of Srinagar within 06 hours after missing complaint was received.
After completion of all legal formalities the duo was handed over to her legal heirs.
Meanwhile: Police in Budgam have arrested 06 persons involved in attacking a girl and her family in Magam area. Police received information that at a scuffle took place over a dispute regarding construction of local road at BonMakhama Magam area of Budgam where in Abdul Khaliq Parray son of Ghulam Mohammad Parray, Mohammad Ramzan Parray son Ghulam Mohammad Parray and Bashir Ahmad Parray son of Mohammad Maqbool Parray along with their family members attacked the family of Abdul Rahseed Parray resident of BonMakhama.
In the incident, a 17 year old daughter of Abdul Rahseed Parray was hit on the head with some blunt object causing injuries to her. The injured was shifted to SDH Magam and later referred to SMHS Hospital Srinagar where her condition is stated to be critical.
Accordingly, a case vide FIR No 64/2022 under relevant sections of law stands registered regarding the incident at Police Station Magam and investigation was initiated. During preliminary investigation, 06 accused persons have been arrested so far in the instant case and further investigation is going on.
