Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell has been upgraded to a call centre making it accessible to the people globally through internet under the URL,www.jkgrievance.nic.in. The people can now register their complaints online from any part of the world through the above URL round the clock.
The cell which is connected with 120 Community Information Centre (CIC) in as many Rural Development Blocks, is presently receiving complaints through these CICs and through toll free number 18001807003 from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm on all working days.
The complaints received in the cell are being segregated, analyzed and transferred to the concerned departments for reply/action within five days. The reminder for the pending complaints to the concerned is being communicated every Monday.
As many as 1465 complaints have been registered in the grievance cell since its launch by the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on September 4, 2009. Of these about 400 complaints have been disposed off and the action taken conveyed to the concerned, while as action taken on rest of complaints is in various stages of progress and receiving of reply from various government departments. However, the requests regarding the employment and transfers are not entertained in the cell and people have been asked not to make any such requests.

ReplyDelete2) DIrector has appointed accontant as administrative officer (b.com by qualification) in place of rehablitation officer (m.phil .sociology ) and is senior and higher in qualification also the appointment has been made due to deputation of our administrative officer Mr N. RAVISHANKER
3)Director has disengage us bcoz the reason was according to director lack of funds but engage freshers who are kids and kins of blue eyed persons
4)Mr khurshid (bachlors in prosthetics & orthotics) who is handicapped also was also disengaged and appoint diploma holder in place of him bcoz latter had paid handsome amount of money for that
5)one disengaged employee named as shazia shahdad who is relative of Mr NASIR SOGAMI (minister of state for tourism ) was reengaged due to ministers direct interference inspite of the fact that we had given number of representations to the same minister for the same problem but his response was very cold &discouraging
6)we had given number of representations to our concerned minister(miss sakina itoo) but her response was same bcoz she had soft corner for our director
7)our centre is managed administratively by social welfere deptt j&k govt and financially by ministry of social justice &empowerment govt of india due to which director and acting administrative officer has made huge bungling of funds due to this multicontrol
8)when we approach our director for this injustice he alwys threatned us of bad consequences six months back we were summoned by police station (parimpora) wre they also thretned us on behalf of director
9)there is a clear divide between ruralites and urbanites in CRC due to bad policies of acting director bcoz he is from sopore and proffesionals from srinagar has pay the brunt
10)DR RIYAZ UNTOO(directorc.r.c) is H.O.D OPTHOMOLOGY DEPTT(SKIMS BEMINA) also run three clinics in karan nagar area & run EYE hospital at sopore so sir u please decide how he manage to run C.R.C bemina
11)we all dis engaged employees had been working since last five years and aapproaching to our age limitations if at this time we were not reengagd it wl be disastrous for our future and society
