Rs 16.50 Cr Sangarmal City Centre in Kashmir in final phase
Sangarmal City Centre in Kashmir is coming up at the cost of Rs. 16.50 crores and is in its final phase of construction with an expenditure of Rs. 12.50 crore so far. The complex besides having space for offices and business establishments would have ample underground parking, escalators and lift facilities, fountains, cascades, recreation points, amphi-theatre, etc. Also a Habitat Centre at Bemina, coming up at a cost of Rs. 5. 82 crores. So far, Rs. 4.5 crore have been expended on the project which would house offices of Architect Organization, Town Planning, Local Bodies and UDAC.
