CDPO Kangan among 30 employees suspended

Minister for Forest and Environment Mian Altaf today had a surprise inspection of various Government offices in his constituency, Kangan. The Minister inspected offices of CDPO, BDO, Sub-Divisional Agriculture Officer and Horticulture office.

The Minister ordered immediate suspension of thirty employees including CDPO Kangan for their unauthorized absence.

The other employees, who were suspended include 13 from Child Development Project office, 11 from Block Development office and 5 from Agriculture office.

Speaking during the inspection, Mian Altaf said that government is serious in improving work culture in all the offices. He cautioned that any official of whatsoever rank must rise to the occasion. He said government won’t tolerate lackadaisical approach on the part of public servants.
