MSS takes out torch rally against alleged murderers of Rajneesh

Mahila Sanrakshan Samiti (MSS) took out torch procession in Bahu Fort and Trikuta Nagar areas of Gandhi Nagar Constituency to make the public aware of the non-seriousness of NC-Congress coalition in taking action against the alleged murderers of Rajneesh Sharma and also to exert pressure on government to punish the culprits.

At Bahu Fort, it was led by Core Committee Members Anuradha Charak and Priya Sethi while the Trikuta Nagar procession was led by Mamta Singh. Hundreds of samiti activists and members of social and political organizations were carrying tourches in their hands and demanding slogans of punishing the guilty.

The Core Committee Members, while addressing these processions, said that the complete silence on part of the state chief minister and his cabinet colleagues, particularly from Jammu, has now made it clear that a crime committed against Jammu youth is of no concern for them, they blamed.

They said that a criminal is criminal and should not the left to move freely. The region should not be considered while punishing a criminal. The demanded those who have killed Rajneesh Sharma should immediately be arrested. The Samiti Core Committee Members urged the people from all walks of life to support the samiti so that a clear message is sent to the state government that Jammuites can repeat. The agitation like that of 2008 land row.
